1. 100% Pure Linen Quality Assurance
Divysutra provides a *100% Pure Linen quality assurance* for products specifically listed and described as *100% Pure Linen / 60 Lea Pure Linen* on our website.
We do not intentionally sell blended or synthetic fabric as pure linen.
Natural linen may have slight variations in texture, weave, slubs, softness and appearance. These are natural characteristics of genuine linen and are not considered defects.
2. No Return / No Refund Policy
As our linen fabrics are sold in specific quantities and may be *cut, packed or processed according to the customer's order, all confirmed fabric orders are considered **FINAL SALE*.
Therefore:

3. Wrong or Defective Product

5. Colour Variation Disclaimer
The colour of a fabric displayed on a mobile phone, computer or other screen may appear slightly different from the actual fabric due to screen settings, lighting, photography and display conditions.
*Minor colour variation is not considered a product defect and will not be eligible for return, refund or replacement.*
6. Natural Characteristics of Linen
Linen is a natural fibre and genuine linen can naturally contain:

7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is received *before the order has been processed, cut or dispatched*.
Once the fabric has been cut, processed or dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
8. Refund Policy
Divysutra follows a *No Refund Policy for change-of-mind, colour preference, size/quantity selection errors or personal preference*.
In the rare case where Divysutra approves a refund for a verified wrong or defective product, the refund method and amount will be determined after inspection and approval by our team.
Shipping charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable.
9. Delivery Inspection
We strongly recommend that customers inspect the package and fabric immediately after delivery.
If you notice any visible damage to the package or product, please take photographs/videos before opening or using the product and contact our customer support within *48 hours*.
10. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order on the Divysutra website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this *Return & Refund Policy, including our **No Return / No Refund Policy for fabric orders*.
Divysutra reserves the right to verify every return/replacement claim and to reject claims that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
