At *Divysutra*, every product goes through strict quality checks before it is packed and shipped. We ensure the fabric, color, and craftsmanship match exactly what you ordered.
No Returns
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference. All sales are final once the order is shipped.
Color Exchange Only
We offer color exchange only — exchange for size, design, or any other reason is not available. Please choose your color carefully before ordering.
Color exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
A nominal exchange charge will apply (shipping + handling), to be borne by the customer.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
